Delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using standard tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer. Please note that we are unable to investigate delayed deliveries until 14 working days after dispatch.

International orders are typically sent by air and usually arrive within 7–10 days, depending on the destination.

All delivery times are estimates only. The Arbroath Rig Co cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues with Royal Mail.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Important Notes

During peak periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order.

At checkout, you will be given an estimated timeframe for completion and dispatch. We will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped.

“Next Working Day” delivery does not include Saturdays:

Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Couriers typically deliver between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific delivery time slots or guarantee AM/PM delivery.
