Withdrawal, Cancellation & Returns Policy
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final item in your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email):
Email: info@thearbroathrigco.uk
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation request

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
